Producing commercial or agricultural insurance quotes within 24 hours
Personalised policy schedules and wordings in electronic format
Processing and finalising policy amendments the same day as receiving the instruction
Daily claim processing and follow ups with detailed reports to the broker on a weekly basis
Emergency and roadside assistance after hours including claims processing
Service level agreements (SLA’s) with brokers
Getting to know the industry from a marketing perspective in the past and now acting on behalf of the insurer has enabled us to fully understand the complete picture when it comes to service delivery.
Our services, however, do not stop at providing an excellent product backed by great service – we also provide systems and advice on how to run an effective and profitable insurance practice. Together with senior management of the insurer we also assist the broker when it comes to matters involving larger insurance risks such as underwriting and presentations.
